Panaeolus cyanescens is a species that is wide spread throughout the globe. Spores are dark black and differ visually from cubensis spores; Panaeolus species are a great addition to your spore library to compare to cubensis spores under the microscope. These prints were made from a sample originally collected in Australia and are genetically distinct from the other Panaeolus cyanescens MMM has in stock (as of April 2024).
Panaeolus cyanescens var “Australia” may be shortened to Aus or Pan cyan Aus.

These prints were made on paper and each print is contained within its own small ziplock. Prints are about the size of a nickel, but some have multiple, smaller prints.

Spore prints are sent in a larger ziplock bag with “Microscopy use only” written on the ziplock.
Spore prints will be labelled with an acronym for the variety or with the full variety name or, if it is a single print, the ziplock may be labelled.

Great, artful print. Fast service!

There's too much to say in 5000 characters about MMM, so I'll try to be succinct and accurate as possible.

First off, the level of customer service is unmatched. I put in an order on this print, and one other, and MMM reached out with a couple other recommendations and answered any questions I had. His response times are nearly immediate in the mornings, and he's not like most vendors where their responses are short or don't provide enough detail -- he really raised the bar.

Next, the quality of the products I received is some of the best I've seen. The prints are super clean, and one in particular laid down in a way that will for sure be a conversation starter for anyone that sees it. The freebies were really the icing on the cake. I haven't gotten the opportunity to make any slides yet, but when I do, I'm sure the quality of spores will be excellent.

Lastly MMM's invoice processing was seamless and easy. I used a CC to pay for my order, and working in infosec I was a little concerned initially but the payment processing was simple, secure, and my order was processed the same day and shipped out the next business day.

I've already recommended MMM to several friends and acquaintances and will for sure be back in the near future for many more varieties!
